Full Day
1 Person    $500.00 + Travel Reimbursement
2 People    $750.00 + Travel Reimbursement
Miscellaneous
Supplies, copies, DVDs, etc. will be billed at our cost.
Meeting room expenses, refreshments, etc. will be responsibility of CHC.
CHCs requesting training curriculums or services that are not currently developed will be charged an additional fee for research and development of the curriculum or service. Such fee will be on a case by case basis and disclosed and agreed upon before any development is undertaken. All prices subject to change.
