This CFO Boot Camp will provide chief financial officers, finance directors and controllers, as well as chief executive officers and executive directors, with an opportunity for in-depth learning about key sets of financial data and the use of that data to assist in key decision-making. This course is designed to assist Community Health Centers’ financial leaders in helping their CEOs, EDs and boards of directors make informed decisions that affect each organization’s future.
Financial information that is simply compiled, but not analyzed, is not beneficial to health centers. It is easy to get into a checklist mentality, but financial information is meant to be used to make decisions. The CFO Boot Camp will address the decision-making process for health center leadership as well as common barriers to overcome.
