While most health centers currently use the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycles, this session will afford Community Health Center teams opportunities to test the effectiveness of such processes.
 
After the session, participants will:
 
  • Have the ability to test current processes to determine if the intended patient outcomes can be measured 
  • Identify causes of waste that can negatively or positively impact the bottom line of clinical operations
  • Identify needed changes in process or protocol to achieve compliance 

This is the second session in a four part series for Clinical Operations.
