The Quality Improvement Workgroup will host a One-Day Clinical Conference for health center administration, compliance and quality improvement personnel, as well as clinical leads and providers who will share the information with their respective CHC’s.

  4. Demonstrate how to use the care process Quality Improvement (QI) Worksheet to identify current processes and potential improvements
